Patrick and Finley

Here are some pictures from our trip to the grocery store story time at barnes and noble and donkey basketball last night. It’s all about the everyday moments.

Finley has learned to stand on her own. What a big girl!

We had a really nice Valentine’s Day/ 3 day weekend. We gave the kids some little gifts and shared a lot of love.

Finley has also finally gotten 2 teeth on the bottom. She seems to want to eat even more than her brother. It is only aatter of time before she orders a steak! She’s very close to walking and is standing and pulling herself up. She’s growing fast.

Apparently a dinosaur glares like this.

Patrick told me, “Mama, you don’t have feathers on your back and I don’t either. Birds have feathers”. He’s so cute!

Spent the day with friends trying to bake for our friend Allison’s baby shower. Here is a picture for you viewing pleasure.

Tonight Finley was playing quietly near us and when I looked over she had sucked on a marker and completely covered her face in green ink. Once again, thank goodness for washable markers. That guy should get a Nobel peace prize.

Today when I picked Patrick up he said, “mama, I have a boo boo on my bottom. Can you kiss it?”. He’s a funny boy.

Tonight was a rough one. Patrick completely lost it at dinner, insisted on sitting on the couch to eat and watch Alvin & the Chipmunks. He did the “ugly cry” and basically had to sit on me through dinner (by the way don’t call him a monkey when he’s mad). Anyway, we came through it and we didn’t sell him to the zoo. He’s such a sweet kid most of the time. We all have those days. Here’s a picture of he and his sister before he became temporarly possessed.
